How to prepare yourself for Base Camp
The Base Camp trips can become some of the best experiences and memories of your life but they can also be the opposite if you're not prepared. Being physically fit is the key to having a good experience.
In order to be physically fit we ask that each boy and adult leader participate in 6 practice hikes before we leave for the trips.
See the Practice Hikes Schedule below for a list of hikes and dates for grouping up and getting in shape.
